Investigators, trained to identify "red flags," or areas around the home where mold growth is
more likely. Pinpoint inspectors will notify you of any suspect growth while conducting the
home inspection, presenting our clients with an opportunity to save the time and expense a
secondary call to a mold specialist may involve. Air sampling, and other monitoring by our
certified mold inspectors can also be arranged at the time the home inspection is scheduled.

As a NJ Certified Radon measurement technician, a Pinpoint inspector places a charcoal adsorption canister in
the home for 2 - 6 days. It is then sent to an independent licensed laboratory for testing. Results and
recommendations are available 24-48 hours from retrieval of the test canister.
